Kate Neary
Kate is a connection-focused storyteller with quick wit and an obsession with user experience.
A third-generation agency owner, Kate’s work has taken her all across the world, working directly with brands to build their personalities both online & off. This word witch always aims to create thoughtful & lasting relationships between clients and their audiences.
Outside of Catapult, you’ll find Kate being mama to her toddler son, fostering special needs dogs, enjoying craft cocktails & embracing her eclectic/confusing taste in music.

Corey Powers
Corey is a man with a plan and the creative chops to embrace thinking outside the proverbial box.
An expert in the agency world, Corey’s tenure saw him work his way up the ranks to Creative Director before taking the leap to co-founder of Catapult. This jack-of-all-trades knows that beauty and function working in unison is unstoppable.
Outside of Catapult, you’ll find Corey going on adventures with his two kids, making music with friends & being the most fashionable person in the room.
